Bek and Sofia were welcoming and friendly right from the start when I approached MARQ to manage my property. They were quick to respond and very helpful, communicating every step of the way, and made sure to connect me with a property manager (Ava) that suited me. The team at MARQ were quick to identify and remedy any issues that popped up, and were professional and able to lease my property around a week after it was advertised. If you need a friendly, professional and knowledgeable team to manage or sell your property, I would highly recommend MARQ. They are very efficient and make sure they take the time to understand your needs. Very happy with their service!

Craig and Tamara from MARQ are definately the best in their industry. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, caring, reliable, hard working and polite. I highly recommend that they manage the sale of your property. They are exceptional.

I had an excellent experience renting through Maddy Jeffery, Portfolio Manager. She was always professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any queries or maintenance issues. Maddy made the whole process — from moving in to moving out — incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she genuinely cared about providing great service. I honestly think Maddy Jeffery deserves a promotion for the fantastic work she does! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property manager.

Tamara did an amazing job of selling my property and she was wonderful to work with! The leasing team also did a wonderful job while I leased the property through them. I’ll definitely be asking for Tamara’s help next time I have a property to sell.

Dear MARQ, after 7 years of renting my townhouse from both LJ Hooker and then MARQ, I have bought it. I wanted to say a big thank you to all my wonderful property managers, of which I have had 4. I started with no rental hx in this country, having been an owner of 3 properties and never rented. Victoria M gave me a chance in a competitive market and I had a great rapport with her, Christine M, Bek T and finally Chelsea H. All the managers have been professional, kind and understanding. It's been a pleasure dealing with MARQ.

Emma Beauman, the property manager, has been terrific in looking after both my interests as an owner and those of tenants. She is equally respectful of both perspectives and is great at finding solutions that suit everyone. She has been exceedingly patient when I ask questions in an email that she answered in a previous email (or two!), always courteous and professional. She replies very quickly. I can't sing her praise more!

Sam Taylor from MARQ Property is an outstanding real estate agent. We recently purchased a home with his help and found him to be punctual, genuine, and highly professional. He is an excellent communicator, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and easy to navigate. Sam consistently confirmed viewings in advance, arrived early, and came well prepared. His reliability and proactive approach truly stood out. I highly recommend Sam as a diligent and professional real estate agent.

Highly recommend Sam and Toby from MARQ Property. We recently worked with them both on the sale of our home and it was simply amazing: 1, they both come in with genuine communications throughout the process. They give truthful answers to all my questions and concerns. 2, Sam is a great advisor strategically. If you are facing difficulties in your sale just ask for his plan and let him drive. 3, Toby ensured all open homes are well prepared and smooth. We can’t make the sale without him coming to host the open homes no matter how bad is the weather. I can go on and on about how good they are but long story short - they have secured a returning customer!

Bek attended my property to provide a comprehensive rental appraisal, and I was genuinely impressed by the depth of her market knowledge and clear understanding of current leasing conditions. She presented well-researched comparables, explained rental trends in detail, and provided practical recommendations to maximise return while protecting the asset long term. Although I am not proceeding with leasing at this stage, the professionalism, transparency, and strong rapport she established have given me complete confidence in engaging MARQ when the time is right. I would not hesitate to recommend her expertise to other property owners seeking informed and strategic advice.

As an Executor for my late Mothers home I was very pleased that I made the decision to work with Kris and Anna from MARQ. Kris was extremely helpful and organised at a time when I was not. He helped my sisters and I with considering and then implementing improvements to help the house sell. Anna was simply marvellous, visiting the house with me when I had questions, taking my calls and emails and guiding me through a process I was entirely unsure of. Both Anna and Kris are highly professional while both being very easy to get along with... Anna's bubbly & fun nature was just a joy during the (self induced) stress of preparing and selling the house, and Kris's advice was always spot on. Communication was always clear and helpful and they kept me informed the whole way through. I would highly recommend Kris and Anna to prospective clients!
